Return Policy

We do accept returns for defective electronic items within 3 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To request a return for an eligible electronic item, contact us on WhatsApp at +961 71 716 263 with your order details and photos of the item. Our team will review your request.

Non-Returnable Items

All non-electronic items, opened electronics, and tested electronics are non-returnable. Please make sure to review product details carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Approved returns for eligible electronics will be refunded via bank transfer or cash.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for eligible electronic products and are subject to availability.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery Fee: We charge a standard flat rate of $4 for deliveries to all regions across Lebanon.

Variable Adjustments: On rare occasions—due to package sizing, weight, or specific remote operating zones—delivery fees may vary. Any changes to the standard rate will be clearly displayed in your order summary before you check out and submit your cart. There are no hidden surprises.

Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders arrive at your door within a maximum of 4 business days.
